Belloi & Romagnoli srl, have been long established, manufacturing machines and equipment for the foundry industry since 1950. Today this medium sized company of fifty employees, is the leading manufacturer of moulding machines and mechanised moulding plants in Italy. Their BRAP series of moulding machines, first introduced in the early 80's, have proved a great success for the company with 48 mechanised lines having been sold. Box sizes range from 520 x 520 x 200 + 200mm up to 1600 x 1300 x 400 + 400mm. Plant output depends on the customers requirements, with semi-auto batch installations producing up to 40 boxes per hour.

On fully automatic, integrated lines, 160 boxes per hour from a single moulding machine or 200 per hour from a twin machine plant would be typical. Belloi plants are producing castings in Iron, Nodular Iron, and Aluminium.
