For over thirty years, the Bianchi company has been manufacturing small, fast Hot-Box core machines for the brass die-casting industry, predominantly for the production of taps and sanitary fittings. Over the years the machines have evolved and developed so that today Bianchi are undoubtedly the market leaders in this field having supplied over 1000 machines worldwide.

The latest Bianchi core machine, the HB 3.0, first introduced to the market at GIFA 1999, has for the first time attracted the attention of Aluminium and Iron founders, with an eye for the high production potential.

The machines vary in capacity, with models available are 2.5, 3 & 5 litre, electrically heated, and fully automatic in Hot-Box or Shell process with belt discharge. Dry cycle times are less than 8 seconds and true production cycles of less than 20 seconds are achievable. Bianchi also manufacture complimentary equipment, including automatic batch mixing systems for Hot-Box, charging elevators and remote PC Management units.
